Construction of Shelley Point Country Club and Wellness Centre with Spa. This development will consist of restaurants, bars, fully equipped gym, sauna, swimming pool, tennis & squash courts and bowling green within the Shelley Point development which is situated on the extension of the Golden Mile Boulevard of Britannia Bay, which forms part of St. Helena Bay, ± 25km North of Vredenburg and 150km from Cape Town in the Western Cape. Phase 2 of this development consists of extensions to the Country Club. The extensions will include work on an upmarket "Mauritius-influenced, but West Coast flavoured" beach club for the use of hotel guests and resident country club members.
