Construction of 5 300 housing units for phase 1 of the Shauri Moyo affordable housing project to be undertaken by the Nairobi County Government in Kenya in partnership with private developers. Project cost is estimated at KSh 20 billion. There are six proposed affordable housing projects namely Park Road, Makongeni, Mavoko, Shauri Moyo, Starehe & Muguga Green.
