Construction of services and infrastructure for a R4,3 billion golf and wildlife estate, featuring a 27-hole course designed by golfing legend Jack Nicklaus. The Serengeti Golf and Wildlife Estate is just 7km from the Oliver Tambo International Airport, Kempton Park, Gauteng. There will be 1700 residential units on completion of the development. The estate will also include a private school for 1500 pupils, two hotels with 200 rooms each, restaurants, bistros, entertainment facilities and convenience retail outlets.
