Construction of the Serala View Lifestyle Centre, a 7 600m² mall to the north of the site, accessed from De Wet Drive in Polokwane, Limpopo. The single storey shopping centre covers the top half of the site. There are two food anchors of which one is a drive-thru. Parking will be centrally located on the site for ease of access to the stores.
