Construction of civils and bulk earthworks for a mixed use development called Serala View on Grobler Street (R71), a key route into Polokwane, Limpopo. The mixed use will be developed in 3 phases. Phase one is the 7 600m² Serala Lifestyle Centre, the second phase is a 22 300m² office development with gym to south of site and phase three is a proposed hotel on a neighbouring site to the south.
