Sence De Lieu Village - Retail

Construction of the retail and commercial component for the Sence De Lieu Village Development, which will be located to the east of the R301 and opposite the existing Boschenmeer Golf Estate, south east of Paarl, in the Western Cape. The proposed development will include the following: 1. A religious institution (approximately 0.160 ha); 2. Retail (approximately 1.85 ha); 3. A petrol station (approximately 0.183 ha); 4. Institutional zoning (approximately 0.5 ha); 5. Shared space squares (approximately 0.458 ha); 6. High-density residential (approximately 1.614 ha); 7. Single residential plots (approximately 7.5 ha); 8. Village squares paved area (approximately 0.767 ha); 9. Access servitude area (approximately 1.137 ha); 10. Open spaces (approximately 0.421 ha); 11. Bulk service infrastructure (potable water line, sewerage line, electricity and storm water infrastructure). A total of 249 parking bays is included in the preferred layout for the commercial portion of the proposed development. Residential parking bays are included behind each dwelling.
