Refurbishment of the existing Selby Depot (Phase 2 B & C) on John Street in Selby, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works for 2B includes extensive alterations, refurbishments and additions to (1) an existing workshop building; the construction of (2) a new refueling building, (3) a new double volume wash bay building, (4) two new refuse buildings, (5) a new gatehouse, (6) civil works, including installation of potable water, sewer and storm water infrastructure, (7) construction of concrete pavings panels with layer works, and (8) mechanical and electrical installations, including fire water infrastructure and site lighting. CIDB contractor designation of a minimum of 9GB. R131 Million
