Refurbishment of the existing BRT Selby Depot (Phase 1) on John Street in Selby, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The scope of works will include the following major components: a) Replacement of a portion of the existing concrete paving to create a bus parking platform that will include construction of new concrete paving slabs on the identified footprint. b) Construction of a traffic circle for bus turnaround and depot access facilitation adjacent to the site on the existing Pat Mbatha motorway. c) Removal and replacement of the existing depot’s boundary fence and internal fences. d) Provision of two off-street parking embayments on perimeter of the site. The successful tenderer will be expected to manage a minimum of six (6) emerging sub-contractors who will be responsible for executing portions of the work. Value R45 812 552.00
