Construction of an office development of approximately 10 310m² in floor area, on erven 50 and 103 Alphenpark Township, Registration Division JR, Province of Gauteng, situated at the north-western corner of the intersection between Garstfontein Road and Selati Road in the suburb of Alphenpark.The proposed development area will be described as Selati Corner and will consist of a consolidated site covering approximately 5 508m² in land area. The consolidated site will accommodate an office development of approximately 10 310m² in floor area incorporating a single restaurant of 500m². The maximum height of the buildings will be limited to 6 storeys above natural ground level. Dedicated access to the office development will be from Selati Street.
