About this development
Construction of the 8 722 m² first phase of the Secunda Value Centre, in Secunda, Mpumulanga. The development will be undertaken in two phases and comprise approximately 20 000m² at completion. Phase 1A comprises of a Builder’s Warehouse, Phase 1B a Burger King Drive Thru and Phase 1C a Tile Africa, Bridgeston, The Bed Store, Top Carpets and Floors and several other stores.
