Construction of the Second Nyali Bridge, building a brand-new 600-meter marine bridge connecting Mombasa Island to the North Coast Mainland, constructing a six-lane dual-carriageway configuration featuring three dedicated lanes in each direction, engineering marine-grade piling substructures to safely span Tudor Creek near the Tamarind alignment, constructing 0.4 kilometres of immediate asphalt approach ramps to link the main deck to existing grade levels, widening and upgrading 0.6 kilometres of Abdel Nasser Road on Mombasa Island to handle higher distribution volumes, widening, dualing, and rehabilitating 4.4 kilometres of Links Road on the northern mainland, cutting and paving a 1.3-kilometre new bypass access road directly through the Kongowea zone and constructing custom road interchanges at major intersection points to eliminate crossing conflicts.
