About this development
Construction of a 200-m3/h reverse osmosis seawater desalination plant, which would alleviate the impact of drought on the company’s Mossel Bay gas-to-liquids (GTL) refinery, as well as for the nearby communities, in Mossel Bay in the Western Cape. PetroSA was investing R80-million on the plant’s construction, with the balance of the R200-million total capital expenditure, to be funded by the municipality.
