Construction of a new private school known as Seaton House in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. The school will be constructed on a 25-hectare site that includes the old Seaton polo fields which will be converted into two rugby fields, a cricket oval and a netball or multi-use court; construction will include administration building, a 450-seat auditorium, junior and senior classroom blocks, and a central main square which will function as the centre of the campus.
