Construction of the Seaton Estate, a few kilometres north of Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. The development will comprise of 938 stands. Seaton Delaval comprises three estates as well as eight sectional title developments and the signature style element, positioned at the entrance to each estate, will be life-size bronze horse sculptures. The Equestrian Estate which includes 50 freehold plots; The White Horses Estate incorporates 328 freehold sites; The Polo Estate - plot and plan; and The fourth dimension to the estate is the 394 sectional title simplexes and duplexes being built across eight developments.
