About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a R554 million integrated housing development in Kraaifontein, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The four-year Scottsdene Project will comprise 2 200 units, of which 1 100 will be for the gap house market, social housing and rental units; 340 community residential units, which are subsidised rental units owned by the City of Cape Town; 550 fully subsidised RDP/Breaking New Ground units; and 210 freehold affordable housing units.
