A new group of hotels, to be known as Sawubona Hotels. Jomo Sono Investments will build six hotels, two of which will be based in KwaZulu-Natal, another two in Gauteng, and one each in Limpopo and Rustenburg. Each hotel will accommodate 240 people. The hotel will be located in Rustenburg. The exact site of this hotel in the North West has not been identified at this time. Project Value: R600 million
