About this development
Construction of the Savannah Mall to be developed on a prominent vacant site on the corner of Solomon Mahlangu Drive and Bronkhorstpruit Road (R104) in a burgeoning area just east of Pretoria, in the Tshwane metropole, Gauteng. Comprising 38 000m² in the first phase, the single level mall will cater for the upmarket and the aspirational requirements of a variety of shoppers. The mall will be 66 025m² on completion. Estimated value is approximately R600 million.
