Savannah Industrial Park, Glen Anil

Construction of Savannah Industrial Park in Glen Anil, Umhlanga Ridge, KwaZulu-Natal. A total of 15 new mini factories are to be built ranging in size from 338m² to 651m². Each unit will have a mezzanine floor averaging 85m² with an office component of +/- 67m². Construction will be concrete columns with face brick exterior walls and a chroma deck roof. All roadways and parking areas will be in concrete. There will be approximately 106 parking bays all under shade cloth and a drop off point for unloading containers. There will be a 24-hour security system in place with electric fencing around the boundary walls.
