Construction of a 7-storey Hotel with basement on Stand 655, Katherine Street, Sandown Ext 3, Gauteng. The ground floor plus 6 levels will be a total of 11 700m² with a basement of 3 800m². The Hotel will have approximately 270 rooms and will be operated by Rezidor Hotels under the brand name Park Inn. The development will feature an outlet of Park Inn’s signature restaurant RBG Bar & Grill (“Red Bar & Grill”). Meeting facilities will include seven conference rooms. For leisure, guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool (with terrace and bar) and a fitness facility. Value of project: R150 million.
