Construction of a new mixed use building to be located at 183 & 185 Rivonia Road, Morningside, Sandton, Gauteng. This project consists of retail, basement, parkade, offices and additional slab over the convenience centre and a new fuel station. This will include the demolition of the existing Shell garage and possible construction of a new Engen garage and Woolworths food.
