Samrand Computer Centre

Construction of a new data centre and IT facilities including specialized ancillary building and support services for Standard Bank in Midrand, in Gauteng. The basic components are two data halls and an office complex built on three levels across the site. The total building area will be more than 27 000m², much of it a concrete structure containing heavy rebar. This is a multi million rand high value project of a complex nature and is to be completed on a very tight programme. Value: R300 million.
