About this development
Construction of separate student accommodation for men and women at the proposed St Kizito Student Village, for the University of Zululand, in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The housing will be divided into 7 separate villages. Each student cluster will consist of 3 levels, accommodating 40 students per level. The aim of the development is to provide additional student housing in close proximity to the University. The entire site measures 27 hectares with the total development area occupying approximately 7,7 hectares. The development will also comprise of two dining and recreation areas, which will also accommodate fast food outlets and ATMs. There will be staff quarters, administration areas and workshops as well as a chapel accommodating 200 people and a conference centre and hall accommodating up to 2000 people with associated parking area.
