About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed St Kizito Student Village, for the University of Zululand, in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The aim of the development is to provide additional student housing in close proximity to the University. The entire site measures 27 hectares with the total development area occupying approximately 7,7 hectares. The development will comprise of separate student accommodation for men and women, two dining and recreation areas which will also accommodate fast food outlets and ATMs. There will be staff quarters, administration areas and workshops as well as a chapel accommodating 200 people and a conference centre and hall accommodating up to 2000 people with associated parking area. There will also be two club houses, tennis courts, a swimming pool and sports fields. These areas will be accessible through a single main entrance which will be guarded.
