About this development
Construction of a conference centre, multi functional hall and two dining & recreation areas at the proposed St Kizito Student Village, for the University of Zululand, in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The conference centre and hall will accommodate up to 2000 people. The dining and recreation areas will also accommodate fast food outlets, ATMs, two club houses, tennis courts, a swimming pool and sports fields. The aim of the development is to provide additional student housing in close proximity to the University. The entire site measures 27 hectares with the total development area occupying approximately 7,7 hectares. The development will also comprise of separate student accommodation for men and women, staff quarters, administration areas and workshops, and a chapel accommodating 200 people.
