About this development
Construction of the civils, services and associated infrastructure for the Sagewood, in the Blouberg area, Cape Town, in the Western Cape. Sagewood security estate will comprise of 255 single residential plots, with plot sizes ranging from 229m² to 767m². The security estate will offer electrical fencing on top of the walled and fenced environment, 24/7 gatehouse security with armed backup, access controlled vehicular entrance and pedestrian gates for the benefit of scholars and pedestrians.
