About this development
Construction of the medical tourism and integrative health care facilities for Zone 3 of the proposed Safariland Residential Development in the Western Cape. The residential development is proposed on the Remainder of Farm 1265 (Paarl), nestled between the Pearl Valley Golf Estate to the north and the Schuurmansfontein Road on the south. Zone 3 is located in the south east section of the site. This zone will be dedicated to medical tourism and integrative health care facilities consisting of 50 visitors’ recovery units of approximately 40m² each together with a component of consultation and therapy treatment rooms as well as communal facilities consisting on a lounge, dining area and spa facilities. The total estimated bulk of the buildings are 3500m². It needs to be emphasized that this facility will not be a hospital but rather an integrative, holistic health spa environment and step down operation recovery facility.
