About this development
Construction of the civils, services and infrastructure for Zone 2 of the proposed Safariland Residential Development in the Western Cape. The residential development is proposed on the Remainder of Farm 1265 (Paarl), nestled between the Pearl Valley Golf Estate to the north and the Schuurmansfontein Road on the south. Zone 2: General residential development located in the western section of the site, will consist of conventional housing in the form of a mixture of apartment clusters of two and three storey buildings as well as single dwelling units with a total of 376 units.
