About this development
Construction of the home care units for Zone 1 of the proposed Safariland Residential Development in the Western Cape. The residential development is proposed on the Remainder of Farm 1265 (Paarl), nestled between the Pearl Valley Golf Estate to the north and the Schuurmansfontein Road on the south. Zone 1 will comprise of a Retirement development, located in the north east section of the site, will measure ±14ha and is to be developed as a village for an active adult community as a component of the Pearl Valley Estate. The desired uses are apartment clusters and single dwelling units with a total of 220 units, which will be accompanied by a communal club house facility. The development will also contain a home care component consisting of eight 350m² home care units each containing eight rooms.
