About this development
Construction of a Steep Water Purification (SWP) Plant at the SAB Maltings current Effluent Treatment Plant, which is situated on the south-east edge of Caledon, adjacent to the R316, on Bredasdorp Road in Caledon, in the Western Cape. The proposed SWP Plant will treat waste water currently bing generated by SAB Maltings to improve the quality of the waste water discharged to the Caledon Waste Water Treatment Works and will reduce the plants daily water consumption by potentially reusing treated water.
