Construction of 2 Victorian churches which will seat 400 and 250 people, for the Royal Victoria Lifestyle Estate, which will include a hotel with a casino, a unique shopping centre in the town square. A conference centre for 1000 people, a theatre which will accommodate 500 seats, a gym and health spa, pubs and restaurants, coffee shops, etc and a residential component. The Royal Victoria Lifestyle Estate will be located 6km north of Mookgophong, Naboomspruit, on the R101 National Road in the Limpopo Province.
