About this development
Development of a Big 6 Game Reserve in Swaziland, Royal Jozini. The 25 000 ha property incorporates the northern most section of Jozini Dam, the Lebombo Mountains to the East bordering Mozambique and Swaziland to the North and West. The project will incorporate an affordable, social housing component, along with completed bush lodges, set in camps within the reserve. Also planned are a 5-star standard, 170-roomed hotel, health spa and 300-seater conference centre situated within the big-5 game reserve adjacent to the golf course. A boutique casino, adjacent to the hotel and a 18-hole golf course estate and 250ha, non-predator, game reserve with 400 golf villa sites located adjacent to the hotel. When Royal Jozini Big Six is completed in 2012, the developers expect the value of the project to hit the R3.2 billion mark.
