Upgrade and renovation of the existing developed site with facilities that are currently unused and in urgent need of attention and appropriate use at the Round House, in The Glen, Camps Bay, Western Cape. They are planning to open the restaurant in the Round House, and the Annex will be a very small accommodation establishment and they are planning a minute extension of four rooms on to the side of Stan's Halt to accommodate a maximum of 16 people. The plan is to create a community-friendly restaurant. People will be able to buy picnics and enjoy them in the park grounds. They will also have a very small deli. The centre would offer basic spa treatments in two massage rooms.
