Rotable Spares Warehouse

Construction of a 6800 m² Rotable Spares warehouse and offices for Eskom, Rotek and Roshcon SOC Ltd in Gauteng. The warehouse is divided into 2 sections. There are two separate buildings which are approximately 1200 m². The 1st building is a double storey building attached to the warehouse. There is a reception area, lift and staircase in the entrance lobby. The ground floor is an office area with ablutions and kitchen / green area. The upper level has a 40 seated boardroom, 3 x meeting rooms, a pause area and ablutions. The 2nd building is a single storey building but could expand to a 2nd floor in future. There is an entrance lobby with an open plan warehouse office component, 3 x meeting rooms and kitchen / green area. The Rotable Spares Facility floor will be naturally ventilated and localised heating will be provided at agreed points. Split type air conditioning will be provided for the office areas.
