Construction of a sectional title development at the Rosebank Fire Station located at 27 Bath Avenue, Midrand, Gauteng. In a respectful, new development that preserves the historical significance of the existing fire station building, a new 9 000 m² modern office block will be constructed behind it. These offices will capture the spirit, excitement and legacy of being part of the history of Johannesburg. The fire station itself will remain operational as a community service, and entry to the offices will be through a dramatic, glazed lobby looking into the fire control room and parking for fire trucks. This progressive development seeks to be a thematic and spatial extension of the original Rosebank Fire Station.
