Construction of a 118 room Road Lodge at Southgate in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The Hotel will comprise of a building designed in an H-form and constructed of facebrick with plaster pointing. Scope of works will include: Erection and completion of a three storey load-bearing structure, plastered and painted and/or facebrick external facades, concrete roof slab with concrete tiles on timber roof trusses over and with simple finishes internally including external parking, etc. Total development cost will be R43 million.
