About this development
Building of a small business/retail component for a predominantly residential development consisting of a number of residential erven as well as for sectional title (Residential 2). A large area of open space and recreation to be provided within the development and along the river. The development will have security controlled access and will be developed on remainder of portion 300 of the farm Mooiplaats 367 JR which is located on the eastern side of the Pienaars River, approximately 500m to the south of the N4 Highway in the Kungwini Municipality District, Gauteng. The development will be implemented in five phases, to be known as Riviersig Extensions 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7.
