About this development
Construction of the Riviere Des Anquilles dam as well as a water treatment plant, service reservoirs, and pipelines downstream in Mauritius. Additional and ancillary works required: 1) Construction of a water treatment plant of approximately 40,000 m³/d downstream of Riviere Des Anguilles Dam. 2) Construction of service reservoirs at the following locations:- St. Aubin, Martiniere, Beau Champs, Embrasure. The construction of boundary wall, if necessary. Landscaping works within the compound, including tarring of access. 3) Construction of approximately 40 km of water trunk mains to convey treated water from Riviere Des Anguilles water treatment plant to the proposed new service reservoirs namely at St Aubin, Martiniere, Beau Champs and Embrasure in the south district water supply system. he exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is lat: -20.4803802; long: 57.5603537.
