About this development
Construction of infrastructure and services for Riverside Place in Diep River, Western Cape. The 6600m² site is on Alnwick Road next to Stag’s “Urban Spin” development and near to the Rathfelder Retirement Village. The new facility will be made up of two and three storey blocks which will cluster around four fully landscaped courtyards, one of which will have a heated swimming pool. The extra facilities, will include: A multi-purpose entertainment activity centre for shows, films and big screen viewing as well as dancing and other entertainment. Regular keep fit classes will also be held here; An internet café with an ADSL connection 24 hours a day; A golf putting area and boulle court; A hairdresser and; A dining room and kitchen capable of serving up to 250 meals at a sitting.
