Construction of the light industrial component of the Riversands Commercial Park on the R511 corridor in Fourways, Riversands Boulevard, Knopjeslaagte, Midrand, Gauteng. Developed to be a secure complex, Riversands offers a variety of commercial precincts - allowing for retail, office, warehousing and light industrial business premises. Designed in a phased approach, the retail and commercial precincts will be launched first - giving potential tenants the ultimate choice of prime sites.
