The development will having zoning's for Business 1 & 2, Residential 2, Commercial and Industrial 3. The development will be located within City of Tshwane adjacent to the R21 freeway. Latitude : -25.9122, Longitude : 28,2518. This development was initially called Crosswise Estate but was changed to Rietvlei during the environmental process.
