The township will be established on remaining extents of portions 15 and 113 of the farm Doornkloof 391 JR. The development will having zoning's for Business 2, Business 1, special for parking and Residential 2 for dwelling units. The development will be located within City of Tshwane adjacent to the R21 freeway. Latitude : -25.9122, Longitude : 28,2518. This development was initially called Crosswise Estate but was changed to Rietvlei during the environmental process.
