Rietfontein-Manor Extension 20 - Frail Care Centre

Construction a frail care centre for a private retirement estate. The proposed frail care centre will consist of: Guard house of 16 m². The ground floor of the frail care centre accommodates a multi-purpose hall, main kitchen, refuse area, store rooms, dining room (seats 100), frail care lounge and dining room, 6x frail care rooms, offices, hair salon, library, patio and indoor pool. The ground floor will measure 1 721m² in extent. The frail care rooms accommodate 2 persons. The second and third storeys each accommodate a further 13 rooms. Provision is thus made for 32 frail care rooms of which 6 accommodates 2 persons each and 26 accommodate 1 person each. Provision is made for 79 parking bays. The frail care centre is located on Erf 1 (Portion 301) of the Farm Rietfontein 485-JQ. The project is situated west of Ifafi at the Hartbeespoort Dam, directly north of and adjacent to the Xanadu Eco Park, under the jurisdiction of the Madibeng Local Municipality in the North West Province.
