Construction of a hydrochloric acid (HCL) storage and filling plant at Richbay Chemicals, Yarbourough Road, Mkondeni, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Facility will include 6 bulk storage tanks of 50 metric tons each, decanting facilities for HDPE polycans and drums, a chemical scrubber for HCL fumes from storage and decanting facilities and an effluent tank for effluent treatment.
