The RHA tungsten Project, is located in the prospective Kamatvi tin belt in North West Zimbabwe, has an inferred South Africa Mineral Resource Committee-compliant resource of 1.09 million tonnes at diluted grate of 8.7 kg/t of tungsten trioxide and an indicated resource of 147 000t at a diluted grade of 4.7 kg/t tungsten trioxide in Lode 2A. A preliminary economic assessment and concept mining study completed on the project as confirmed the economic potential of Lode 2A supporting a tungsten mining operation with an ore production rate of 192 000t/y over a six year life of mine. The project preproduction capital has been reduced from $4.77 million to $4.25 million.
