Construction of a drive-thru fast food outlet on erven 11646 & 11647, located on the corners of Cathcart Road (N6) and Griffith Street, Queenstown, Lukhanji Municipality, Eastern Cape. The erven 11646 and 11647 comprise of the Walter Everett Gardens. These 'sunken gardens' constitute a man-made earthen stormwater detention pond which aids in the storing and slow release of storm water into the Komani River located on the southern boundary of the erven. Both erven are zoned as Business Zone III in terms of the town planning scheme.
