About this development
Construction of medium to high density residential units for the proposed Farm Breezie mixed use development. The proposed sites are situated on either side of the R61 motorway at the Ramsgate interchange on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. The development will be located on Portion 6 and the remainder of Portion 1 and the remainder of the Farm Breezie No. 6921, Hibiscus Coast, Erf 219, 402 and 405, Ramsgate. The development will consist of internal streets and open spaces, a resort hotel, logistics park, business park and medium to high density residential components.
