Resettlement Housing, Mozambique.

Construction of resettlement housing in 3 villages for the Parque Nacional do Limpopo, Mozambique. Building works for the construction of 950 - 1000 houses on 3 sites: Lot 1: Mavodze (650 - 700 units); Lot 2: Machamba (150 units) and Chimangue (150 Units). The project will also include the setting up of offices, stores, clearing of roads and sites, as well as the providing of concrete batch plants and block making facilities. The construction of the housing units for Lot 2 is still subject to final approval by KfW. The houses will be 41,6m² block and ring-beam structures with no services (electrical, water sewage) and conventional light metal roofs. An external water tank and toilet / wash-up will also be provided per house.
