Renovations to Inner Chancellor House, Gauteng

Renovations of the "Chancellor House" and rehabilitation of the surrounding area of the building which is situated on the corner of Ntemi Piliso Street and Fox Street, Ferraisdorp, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The Chancellor House is a historical building that served as the law offices of Nelson Mandela and Oliver Tambo and has deteriorated both physically and economically over the years into a "bad building". The renovation of this building will assist in a revival of the precinct, which will bring back business, residents and consumers, ensure environmental cleanliness and add an element of heritage preservation and tourist attraction.
