Installation of a renewable-energy plant in Stellenbosch in the Western Cape to help reduce energy shortages in the area. The plant will produce a surplus of 2,5 megawatts, which is enough to provide 500 households with electricity. The plant will produce green energy by burning waste produced by Cape Sawmills, which intends to replace its existing boilers at its timber processing plant in Stellenbosch with the new equipment.
