The 10 level office block will be converted in 175 residential units and the existing retail on the ground floor and basement will be revamped as part of the contract. The entrance to the apartments is located in the existing entrance of the building. A new steel canopy above the entrance makes an eye-catching new statement. The new refurbished design will provide 175 new apartments of various sizes and 33 parking bays in the basement.
